So, I did gain after my vaca .. 2.2lbs .. i’m back to 189 lbs.
I’ve been running almost everyday since i came back .. BUT i haven’t been eating well ..
So hard =( Why can’t i be like how I was a few months back?! it used to be so easy.
I’ve been saying i’ll start “tomorrow” but I never do.
Its past the middle of September but i’m still 189lbs. Whatever happened to 180 by the end of the month??
I’m so frustrated.

Since I came back from Seattle, i’ve been running everyday =) I haven’t been strict with counting my Weight Watchers points .. just been eyeball-ing it. But, running makes me feel sooooo damn gooood! When I get to work, I’m in a good mood even if im tired! oh, endorphins. you make me a good nurse =)
Tuesday workout:
Ran/jogged for 30 minutes = 2.39 miles
Wednesday workout:
Ran/jogged for 33 minutes = 2.78 miles
And oh, can I just say this? .. Running ( & sweating) makes me feel sexy! haha =) so should i run everyday?!
My goal is to be able to run 30 minutes = 3 miles
hopefully by the end of this month!
im scared to weigh-in this saturday, but, I know im back. definitely.

I just came back from my 5-day vacation in Seattle .. And according to my home scale, I gained 3 lbs ..
Just when I was starting to get back into my old routine ..
But, I had a great time .. =)
And tomorrow, I start again ..
I can do this!

Woke up late again today since I drank Benadryl last night .. Didn’t even think about how lazy i am to hit the gym .. i stood up, dressed, brushed my teeth and washed my face and left. =)
today at the gym i did:
30 mins - elliptical
21 min - treadmill (jogging!!!!!)
So proud of myself. 21 minutes of jogging without stopping .. what an achievement for me! =) maybe tomorrow, i’ll try to do 30 mins .. maybe i’ll be able to do a 5k in the future! =)
tomorrow is weigh-in Saturday at Weight Watchers! Let’s see if my 2 days of workout & healthy diet did something.

I went to the gym today .. wasn’t able to join the spinning class since i woke up late .. so i just did 30 minutes in the ellipticals & 10 mins jogging on the treadmill. im so proud of myself! =) first time i jogged straight without breaks in between! will try to do 15-20minutes tomorrow. =) thanks to my new running shoes! i got my feet analyzed months back .. and running in “customized shoes” feels so much better .. hence, the 10 minute jog =)
i usually do 1 hour on the elliptical but today, i felt tightness in my chest so i slowed it down .. gosh .. this is what happens when you stop going to the gym for months.
anyway, thats day 1 @ the gym this week! =)

I can make a million excuses but in the end, i still gained 7.2lbs since my last post.
I’ve been trying very hard to get back on track, but I was unsuccessful. Looking back, blogging regularly made me feel more accountable in everything I did. So, needless to say, I’M BACK! =)
Last WW weigh-in: 188 lbs
I will weigh in again this Saturday since 188lbs was 2 weeks ago ..
GOALS FOR SEPTEMBER:
1) Lose 10lbs
2) Go to the gym at least 3 x a week
3) Attend WW meetings weekly
4) Stick to my daily points requirement
5) Track everything I eat

Despite the very challenging week i had, i managed to lose 1.2lbs ..

i now weigh 180.8 . . i cant wait to get to the 170s!! =)
im trying really hard to get back on track specially with my tracking! this week, i’ll be happy if i track 3 days .. i cant let my work sched get to me .. this will be a real challenge!
hopefully i reach the 170s by next weigh in!
OK .. I’m having a really tough time focusing on going back to weight watchers and the gym .. =(
this week, i’ve been good the first 2 days, but the last few days i’ve been eating anything and everything. I would usually start really good in the AM, but when night comes and even midnight, i cant seem to stop myself =(
earlier this week, i weighed 180.6 on my scale .. but this AM, I was back to 184.6!!! =(
working too much is bringing me back to my old ways. i dont want to gain all the weight back .. i want to reach my goal. i want to wear smaller clothes and feel good about myself.
what should i do?
HELP.
i shopped at target again for some healthy stuff and easy to prepare food. im so busy with work and i barely have enough time for myself. i need to create something thats easy and fast and filling. its going to be a challenge.
my target is 170lbs by August/my birthday. im 12lbs away .. But at the rate im going now, i don’t know if i’ll ever reach it.
i weighed in on saturday, lost a pound, got so pumped about going back to my “new lifestyle” .. but Memorial day bbq/picnic happened, working the whole weekend happened, LAZINESS happened. =(
so yah .. all im trying to say is .. im out of control .. i even had chinese food @ work .. (general tso’s chicken with pork fried rice) .. i ate half of it .. and you know how big those containers are .. i guess the only time i won today was when I decided to throw the leftovers. coz if i brought it home, i would be eating it while typing this entry.
crossing my fingers for a better day the rest of the week. i dont want to gain anymore!!!! =(

so we had a Memorial day picnic earlier today, so i had 2 big servings of the tuna macaroni salad, 2 squares of brownies, chips, subway sandwich, tons of ginger ale, grapes .. but yea .. you can tell the spread was good since by the end of the picnic, it was all gone.
i don’t think the few mins of volleyball under the scorching sun helped me to lose the calories i ate. :s
I have to be good the rest of the week!!!!!!!! I cant stress it enough.
Spinning tomorrow?
I haven’t posted in a while about my weight loss .. Its just been so hectic at my current job + im orienting at another job for my per diem. =)
the past 2 weeks, i’ve been struggling with the way I eat because I would work 16-hour days and i don’t have the time to cook/prepare something. So I end up buying food from wherever and grabbing tons of cookies from the snack truck at work .. I also started to drink soda again. =( I gotta stop drinking soda!!! so anyway, during the 2nd week of binge eating, I decided to start eating healthy even if I have to spend .. So I went to Pathmark and bought ready made salad, fruits, etc. And I’m guessing it worked because I weighed in today and I lost 1lb =)

So its official. I made it to 30lbs and I reached my 15% goal! =)
As you can see, it took me awhile to lose the 1lb .. took me 3 weeks! I’m just glad I didnt gain .. a lb is a lb. it adds up! =)

Nice looking chart I must say .. =) except for that tiny spike on May 1.
So anyway, I’m planning to run a 5k race on July 13. Hopefully I find the time to train for it because I really want to join. I haven’t been going to the gym lately .. I’m lucky if I go once a week .. =(
Goal for the next few weeks:
1) Go to the gym at least 3 times a week
2) Run a 5k
3) Blog at least 3 times a week
4) Track what I eat
5) Drink lots of h2o
6) Lose 10lbs!!!!!!!

I weighed myself today (home scale) and im down to 181.2lbs .. So that gives me 31.2lbs total weight loss + i reached my 15%! =) I will go to Weight Watchers again tomorrow to get my “final” weight. But im sure, I lost some weight. =)
Even before I reached 181.2lbs, I’ve started shopping for my 10lb reward, plus, it was my graduation as well from nursing school. I got my Bachelor’s Degree 2 weeks ago =) oh, and plus, i reached my 15%!

I bought the white BB9700 to replace the black that I have .. =)
I’m a happy camper! I can’t wait to reward myself with nice clothes. But as of now .. im going to stick to things that doesn’t involve the size 14. Maybe when I reach size 10 .. ?
